2023年7月28日，南非國際貿(mào)易管理委員會（itac）（代表南部非洲聯(lián)盟-sacu，sacu包含國家為南非、博茨瓦納、納米比亞、萊索托及斯威士蘭5國）發(fā)布公告，決定對自中國進口的機動車用小客車輪胎和卡客車輪胎產(chǎn)品（new pneumatic tyres of rubber of a kind usedonmotor cars and on buses or lorries）征收反傾銷稅，其中抽樣企業(yè)稅率為0~43.6%、未被抽樣的合作企業(yè)稅率為14.56%、其他企業(yè)稅率為41.47%。稅率詳見下表。涉案產(chǎn)品的南非稅號為4011.10.01、4011.10.03、4011.10.05、4011.10.07、4011.10.09、4011.20.16、4011.20.18和4011.20.26。
2022年1月31日，南非國際貿(mào)易管理委員會（代表南部非洲聯(lián)盟-sacu，sacu包含國家為南非、博茨瓦納、納米比亞、萊索托及斯威士蘭5國）對自中國進口的機動車用小客車輪胎和卡客車輪胎產(chǎn)品發(fā)起反傾銷調(diào)查。2022年8月25日，南非國際貿(mào)易管理委員會對此案作出反傾銷初裁。
